The stylists to watch from New York City to Los Angeles.

What we were after: A more radiant gold tone for our bland blonde highlights.
What we got: A brilliant, sun-drenched shade, thanks to slivers of pale champagne and wheat-colored lowlights.
Bottom Line: Our new sparkling lowlights were subtle enough to look as though they were created by the sun.
