Wanting a big chop? This option is for those of you looking to cut off a significant amount of length or looking for a much different style/shape. Great for existing clients wanting a dramatic change.
CURLY CUT $75 -$110
Customized cut for anyone with Curly, Wavy, or Coily hair. Includes cleanse + treat, haircut, diffused natural texture, styling tutorial, and product education.
Note: Please arrive with clean, dry hair styled as usual; this allows your stylist to asses your natural curl pattern and styling habits.
DRY CUT $60
A cut-only maintenance service to quickly trim split ends, maintain shape, and keep hair strong and healthy between hair color appointments. Please arrive with clean hair, styled to your preference with minimal to no product.
GENTLEMAN’S CUT $60
Short haircuts, tapers, and fades shaped with clippers and/or scissors.
BANG TRIM $35
Maintaining current fringe between haircut appointments. Existing salon clients receive one complimentary bang trim or neck cleanup between haircuts.
COLOR
ALL OVER COLOR REFRESH $140
Also known as a single-process color or a root retouch; the new growth is colored to match the existing hue or cover/blend white hairs. Glosses, toners, or vivid colors add shine, moisture, and life to your locks. Includes blowdry.
ALL OVER COLOR TRANSFORMATION $225+
A significant change to your current hair color, not involving lightening. Play with tone; go from Platinum to a Strawberry Blonde, add dimension with lowlights, or knock the red out of a Brunette. Includes blowdry.
BASEBREAK & GLOSS $125
A quick brightening between highlight appointments; keeps Blonde and Copper hair colors looking fresh and healthy.
HIGHLIGHTS + BALAYAGE
EXPRESS BLONDING $150-$200
Balayage, Foils, or a bit of both. A mini blonding session to brighten up the hair that frames the face between full blonding sessions or adding a panel of solid blonde A.K.A. color blocking. Includes root shadow, gloss & styling.
PARTIAL BLONDING $240-$300
Balayage, Foils, or a bit of both. Perfect for maintaining your blonde by adding brightness to the hairline, crown, and perimeter of the hair, while keeping dimension. Includes root shadow + gloss, a reparative treatment & styling.
FULL BLONDING $330-$450
Balayage, Foils, or a bit of both. Great for highly visible color changes, super-grown-out roots, or lived-in vivid looks. Not just for blondes. Includes root shadow + gloss, a reparative treatment & styling.
BLONDING & SPECIALITY COLOR
PLATINUM RETOUCH $155-$195
Lightener is applied to the new growth only to match and refresh the existing hair color. Regrowth must be less than one inch and a half to be considered a retouch. Includes gloss + blowdry.
GHOST ROOTS $155+
Ghost Roots are a deliberate rebellion against traditional color rules. What was once called “hot roots” and written off as a mistake has been reclaimed as an editorial statement—bright, pale, or softly vivid roots that contrast deeper mid-lengths and ends.
This technique transforms the root area into the focal point, creating a look that feels otherworldly yet wearable.
BLEACH + TONE $350-$500+
Lightener is applied to the entire head and then processed to the desired level of lightness. A color or toner is then used to achieve the target shade: platinum blondes, significant color changes, pastels, and fantasy hair colors. Includes gloss + blowdry.
CALICO & NEAPOLITAN $200+
Inspired by the layered tones of a calico coat, this trend blends blonde, brunette, and copper into a multi-tonal masterpiece that looks effortless but is anything but accidental. Rather than uniform color, Calico is about intentional placement- this look can lean subtle and blended or bold and high-contrast, depending on your appetite for drama.
The Neopolitan hair color trend features blonde, brunette, and pastel pink, lavender, or light blue panels.

Service pricing is discussed prior to the start of your appointment. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

Hair Extensions
All extension hair must be purchased before booking the installation session. Extension purchases are non-refundable.
Color Consultations & Deposits
A consultation is required for all new color clients prior to booking. Consultations may be completed in person, over text, or via the Color Consultation Form on our website.
During the consultation, you and your stylist will review:
- Desired outcome
- Hair history
- Maintenance expectations
- Budget and pricing
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure color appointments. This deposit will be applied to the final service total upon completion.
Please note: Some stylists require deposits for all color services, regardless of client history.
Service Adjustments & Satisfaction
We are committed to high standards, transparency, and thoughtful service.
- Refunds are not issued for services rendered.
- If a concern arises, management will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution. This may include a service adjustment, correction appointment, salon credit, or product compensation.
Clients must notify the salon within 7 days of their appointment to request a service adjustment. Adjustment appointments must be scheduled through the salon.
We welcome feedback and view corrections as part of our commitment to quality.
Product Returns
We carefully curate the products we carry and encourage sampling prior to purchase when possible.
- Unopened or lightly used products may be exchanged for another product or salon credit.
- Full refunds are issued only in cases of allergic reaction, product defect, or manufacturer error, and must be requested within 15 days of purchase with the product returned.
LOYALTY
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you and your service provider. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% charge of all scheduled services.
- No-show appointments (no call, no arrival) are subject to a 50% charge of all scheduled services.
- Clients with a no-show history may be required to place a $50 non-refundable booking deposit for future appointments. This deposit will be applied to your service total when your appointment is completed.
Late Arrivals
To respect our schedule and all booked guests:
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in:
- A modified service
- A shortened appointment
- Or rescheduling to a later date
- In some cases, late arrivals may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
Illness & Emergencies
We understand that illness and unexpected emergencies can occur. If this applies to you, please notify us as soon as possible and we will make reasonable accommodations.
For the health and safety of our guests and team:
- If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please stay home and contact us to reschedule.
- Appointments impacted by verified illness or emergencies may be rescheduled without penalty at our discretion.
Weather-Related Closures
In cases of severe or unsafe weather conditions:
- Cancellation fees will not be enforced when travel is deemed unsafe.
- If the salon must close due to weather, Black Moon Collective will contact all scheduled guests and arrange rescheduling as soon as possible.
- If the salon is open and operating safely, standard cancellation policies apply.
